This August will mark the 50th anniversary of the death of Houston serial killer Dean Corll. My play, The Boys for Houston Heights, not only serves as a docudrama about Corll's early murders, it touches upon Houston's "lost boys" that crossed Corll's murderous path. It also lets audiences know what the parents of these boys were feeling during this dark time in Houston's history.
For those looking for plays to produce this year, please consider this work! When it was originally produced in Houston, so many audience members mentioned that they had no idea this happened in their city.
